Circa Sports coming to northern Nevada

Circa Sports will broaden its operations to northern Nevada this summer.

Circa Sports will establish its first Nevada location outside of Las Vegas in Sparks, within Olympia Gaming’s brand new Legends Bay Casino.

Circa Sports CEO, Derek Stevens, expressed enthusiasm about the impending landmark opening of Legends Bay Casino in northern Nevada. He shared his excitement about their collaboration with Olympia Gaming, as it will allow them to introduce their brand to a new region of the state. Stevens also anticipates the introduction of an exceptional sportsbook to the property, which will enhance the diverse features that Legends Bay will present upon its opening later this year.

Information about the new Circa Sports location is limited, since the casino is not yet open to the public. However, the sportsbook operator did provide a small glimpse of the ongoing construction.

The Circa Sports location within Legends Bay Casino seems to be quite large but not overly massive. Circa Sports operates on various scales, including the “world’s largest sportsbook” location at the Circa Resort in downtown Las Vegas.

The Chairman, CEO and President of Olympia Companies, Garry Goett, stated:

“This provides us with a unique sports betting service and establishes the leading sportsbook location in northern Nevada.”

Yes, it certainly does. Circa Sports provides a unique blend of retail and mobile betting experiences that sets it apart from any other casino in northern Nevada.

Legends Bay Casino is set to become the primary destination for sports bettors seeking fair odds and a user-friendly retail environment. It will offer the most convenient location for sports bettors in northern Nevada to register for a Circa Sports’ mobile app.

Before, northern Nevada residents had to travel to Las Vegas to register for this Nevada sportsbook app.

Circa Sports Las Vegas

Derek Stevens, a casino operator, is the creative mastermind behind Circa Sports. The inaugural Circa Sports venue was launched in June 2019 at the Golden Gate Casino in Las Vegas.

The location at the Golden Gate is primarily a betting counter rather than a place to sit down and watch sports. This was a strategy to get Circa Sports up and running while plans for additional locations were already underway.

Circa Sports initiated its operations in 2019 at an older, small sportsbook located at another Stevens’ property, The D, in downtown Las Vegas. Following a renovation of the casino’s second floor, the company relocated next to Bar Canada at The D in June 2020, where it currently resides.

The impressive flagship location at Circa Resort in downtown Las Vegas was revealed to the public when the casino floor opened in late October 2020.

Guests at Circa also have the option to place bets in the casino at the satellite desk located on the second floor, or at a kiosk situated outside at the Stadium Swim rooftop pool complex.

Circa Sports began expanding to various locations in southern Nevada following the opening of multiple Stevens-owned casinos. The company has established locations at Tuscany Suites & Casino, just off the Vegas Strip, and Pass Casino in Henderson.
